WHERE TO FIND MY TRACKING NO.?

 

1. ON YOUR ORDER SHIPPED NOTIFICATION EMAIL:

  • Check the email and find the Tracking Numbers directly.

 

2. ON YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL:

  • Click View Your Order button to go to your order list.

  • Find the Order Status and Tracking Numbers.

 

3. ON YOUR ANNOEY ACCOUNT:

  • Log into your account at annoey.com.

  • Check your order list and find the Tracking Numbers.

 

WHERE TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE?

  • 1. Tracking No. starts and ends with 2 letters like: LS568229135CN

    2. Tracking No. carries 16 characters (digits or combination of letters and digits) like: 4006318033246756 & 2MA679936101000931502

    If the destination is Canada, then select the “Canada Post” as carrier; if Australia, select the "Australia Post".

    3. Tracking No. ends with letters”GB” like: VC026944740GB

    4. Tracking No. carries 10 digits like: 8386504840

  • If you are unable to find any Tracking No. on your order list, we are still preparing your order.

  • If you see more than 1 Tracking No. on your order list, we have shipped your orders in multiple packages.

  • If you find that only some items have a Tracking No., we are still preparing the shipment of the remaining items.
